Cassie dressed in a cut-out dress & thigh high boots. = ) With this head-to-toe black she's looks edgy and stylish as ever! Her half shaved head drove me crazy (& still does) but I actually like her hair pulled back like this. I must also add that I am loving her boots...there Rodarte I believe. Big thumbs up to another one of my favorite stylistas!
