Christian Louboutin has launched a special edition shoe collection priced at $6,295 plus tax. Yikes!Fittingly the new collection is named after the legendary Queen of excess,Marie Antoinette.
The open toe platform high heel satin shoe is entirely embroidered with colorful beads and edged with ruffled chiffon and velvet. The ankle strap has a porcelain doll face topped with a rendering of a profuse wig, which are removable. The shoe comes in blush pink, ochre yellow and royal blue.
