Breakfast in My ShirtDress

Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's. This is a great movie to see and the fashion choices for Hepburn's character are amazing = )

One of my favorite outfits was when she had on the menswear oversized tux shirt in her apartment. Of course she was wearing the shirt to sleep in...but I think shirt dresses are pretty stylish.

Carin Wester S/S 09

This collection from swedish designer Carin Wester shows that she can put together an eccentric and fresh look. This seasons collection I think appears to the whimsical kind of girl with the high waist bandage shorts,seersucker blouses,and fairytale-esque dresses.

I did a little bit of research on this designer and found out that she worked as a womenswear designer for Paul & Friends for eight straight seasons before launching her own label in 2003. In 2004, Wester was given an award from Swedish Elle as “Newcomer Of The Year”. You can grab her pieces from a few stores including Opening Ceremony and Urban Outfitters.

The Coco Art of Fashion

These are fashion illustrations from London artist Coco. Having studied fine arts in Paris, and spending the last few years in London, as well as extensive work that started out for fun illustrating fashion, its no wonder Coco has now been seen in Vogue Magazine, Dazed & confused, Nylon Japan, Plastique & Bon magazine. The London & Barcelona Fashion Week.

This is definitely inspiration to me since I draw fashion illustrations as well = )

The handbag features a few essentials such as; a classic Chanel 2.55, a compartment which has sunglasses, and Chanel beauty products. Oh how cool, it reminds me of a bag you get from a party with all the lil prizes and candies = )Let's thank Karl Lagerfeld for this one!
