Nicole Richie is featured in the BlackBook magazine April 2009 issue. She is one of my favorites...so I'm always excited to see a photoshoot of her = )And this sure is a different look for her! I feel like it's a lil' LadyGagaesque but oh well nothing too wrong with that.Right?
