I bought these vintage dresses from a showroom in the Garment District...nothing like a sample sale to get a hold of items that normally retail for $200.! I think I will alter the dresses to fit someone around my size...maybe use them for a party dress or to style a photo shoot. We shall see = )

Pay Way Less for Project Runway

Christian Siriano has joined the ranks of Patricia Field and has released a collection of shoes with the discount footwear retailer...Payless. Yep you read that right!

The Fall 2009 collection reflects a great mix of ultra-sophisicated high heels with a hint of the ever-so-very "FIERCE" designs of the Project Runway star. Another job well done by Mr.Siriano!!

I have always been a fan of Chloe because of it's combo of cute,girly,chic and at the same time grown up looks. This is the second show for Chloe’s new head of design Hannah MacGibbon and it seems to be a good beginning for the designer, and is a good sign for all those like me who loved old Chloe.

This is not so say it is a repeat of earlier lines, it just has the same feel. There was a real laidback look to this show. A lot of the pieces seemed like fresh new takes on old styles. At first gaze the pieces seem strange but then there are the leather shorts that are definetely wearable and also the velvet jumpsuit which can be a quite glam addition to ones wadrobe.

Overall I think it was a sweet show.
